Rules of Play “Share the Spirit” 50/50 Lottery Draw
1. Tickets
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
2. 50/50
Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority #LR25-0092
1 for $25.00; 0 tickets 3 for $70.00; 0 tickets 5 for $100.00; 0 tickets
The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.
3. Important Dates & Draw Information
Deadline Final ticket sales deadline: December 3, 2025 at 9:00:00 PM CST
Draw 50/50 draw: December 5, 2025 at 2:00:00 PM CST
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at 214 Avenue M South, Saskatoon SK, S7M 2K4
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Ukrainian Catholic Foundation of Saskatchewan Corporation.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Ukrainian Catholic Foundation of Saskatchewan Corporation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
5. Privacy
Ukrainian Catholic Foundation of Saskatchewan Corporation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
6. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: lotteries@ucfsask.org. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
7. Other
Please email our team at lotteries@ucfsask.org should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
Cause
Net proceeds of the “Share the Spirit” 50/50 Lottery Draw will be allocated to the Eparchy of Saskatoon who will use these funds to promote the spiritual, cultural, social and educational initiatives of the Eparchy.
